Video to HDMI, Audio to Jack

hi,
am thinking about buying NEO X8-H Plus, and I can't test two configurations, which are very important for me:
1) Can I direct video output to HDMI and at the same time audio output to Jack?

2) Is there a possibility to identify situation(I mean parameter on OS level), when TV/Projector (always connected to Minix with HDMI cable) change source of input to Minix, and the opposite situation when TV/Projector change source of input to other device?

Anyone can help?
