Fast forward bug with X265

Hi,

Do someone knows if a setting exists to fast forward on a h265 movie using amcodec?
If you fast forward the video then stutter a lot and the only way to recover a smooth video is to stop and restart the video.
Tried with dozens h265 videos from any sources.
Other codecs work fine.
