I apologise if this is posted in the wrong place I have never posted in a forum before. I purchased a NEO X8-H Plus and it arrived yesterday. I installed NOW TV and started watching Game of Thrones, after about 10 mins it froze and the remote was unresponsive.
I restarted the box and it froze on the MINIX logo. I have tried it without the HDMI cable attached waited 10 mins and tried again.
I have tried a factory reset.
I have tried it on a different tv with different HDMI cable.
