Cannot make work mic on Minix, will like to wipe clean Minix

Hi,

I think that my Minix Neo U1 is corrupted

When I launch Google app in order to do a search with "Go Google"
The window open and close right away

Btw I have a Neo A2 Lite remote

And I have plugged in the Minix a microphone in the mic jack
I Have tested the mic with a recording utility and I can hear that it works

What need to do to completely wipe out the Minix and redo it all clean from scratch

I hope this way it will work
