Pin code

Hi,
I have a minix neo x8h. Few time ago while i stay in Chrome box has locked the screen instantly and after this it started to ask me a pin code to unlock because are with an age Control. I never put a code to unlock on it and i necer had actived any age Control. At the moment i don't know what to do. Anyone can help me?
