Hardware o Port display issue

Good day guys

I have a situation which I have been paying since I bought my device Minix Neo X8-H Plus, but today I have decided to find a solution. It happens that every time I try to use it after 10 minutes the device begins to emit a signal and be Freeze and sometimes turns off.

I would like to know if this is a problem of the HDMI port or is any software installation, but it is very strange that this happens.
