U1 Static IP Address not working but DHCP fine (Ethernet, not wi-fi)

Hi all

This is ethernet connection, NOT using wi-fi...

Was on version 7 firmware all fine

Decided to have a "clean start" hence created a new clean full system image with latest
FW009A

DHCP works fine, enter a static ip which saves as fine - but then can not see network...

Normal stuff ie
IP address: 172.x.x.x
Gateway: 172.x.x.x
Network prefix length: 24
DNS 1: Blank
DNS2: Blank
Saved...
