U1 MAC Address - Changes

Hi All
Going to settings, Network, Ethernet - I see a MAC address
I then am busy with U1 and reboot several times and active a bit more
The U1 MAC address has changed 3 times?
With the U1 only having 1 NIC I thought there would only be 1 MAC address...
Can anybody help on this please
