x7 mini questions

Trying to help a relative out with his mini. Its currently on CE 220, should he be getting an option for a FOTA update ? It also appears that his Nand Flash looks full, the majority of the bar is red. The option is there to Erase items on the Nand Flash, pictures, music etc. Is that ok ??

I would like to get him on the current 250 FW and the latest minix version of XBMC .
