[Solved] Ghostly Or Blurred Video In XBMC/KODI

I had a Droidbox IMX6 previously, with KODI on it. Compared to that the video output from KODI on the neo U1 was, at best, what I would describe as blurry and suffering from ghosting when objects or people moved around the screen. This was most noticeable on lower quality/more highly compressed video.
