XBMC 16.3 Movie/TV Show Scraper suddenly stop working

I've a minix Neo U1 where a custom release of Kodi (XBMC 16.3) is up and running. I went into the directory .../Android/data/hk.minix.xbmc/files/.xbmc/addons/ I found the folders of scraper addons and I verified I have the following version of scraper addons:
TMDB 3.9.5
TMDB tvshows 1.3.6
The Movie Database Scraper Library 2.16.0
TVDB 1.8.5
IMDB 2.8.8

Is there someone of you with my same problem?

Neo U1 Settings Menu not responding

Hi,
I cannot seem to get into my setting menu anymore. Whenever I click on settings the screen just blinks for a split second and nothing happens. The unit also tends to slow down at times for no apparent reason. I restarted the unit a few times to check if that makes a difference. Still no change. The last thing I did was update Kodi to 17.4. Could this have caused the issue? Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem? Also, is there a way to hard reset the unit? I don't want to do this......

NEO U1 doesn't wake-up after deep sleep

Hi, all

I have some problem with my new MINIX NEO U1.

My android box doesn't wake-up after deep sleep. Its happened very often and only after deep sleep.
The device doesn't respond to the remote control and the power button only helps unplugged.

Please help me. I don't know what to do.

P.S. This problem occurs on all versions of the firmware. Currently I flashed "005" firmware.

Teamviewer Host on U1

I tried to use TeamViewer QuickSupport and I find it great to setup U1 by PC.
The fact is that with TV QS You must be in front of the U1 to accept connection.
With TeamViewer Host You can connect without accepting connection, just registering the U1 in Your account. Well, I tried all the afternoon but there is no way to use TV Host. I succeed in registering the U1 but when I try a connection it is refused.
Was someone able to use TV Host (no QS) on U1?

Till now the Minix U9 H looks interesting for me.
Stock Kodi seems running out of the Box with all relevant features like framerate adjustment, passthrough and so on.

But there is soemthing really important for me and for understunding this, i have to reach back a little bit:

atm i have an android media player with wich i am not so lucky for some reassons.
it has had the restriction, that apps couldn t write to the insertet external sdcard.
it was not possible to use for example the...

Minix X8 Stuttering on YouTube & Twitch

Hi All,

I have 2 Minix Neo X8's and both of these boxes suffer from stuttering video on YouTube & Twitch. Could one of you experts tell me where I'm going wrong as YouTube works on my most basic android phone. All other videos work fine on MX player for example. Is there going to be an update to fix this or has there already been that I might have missed. Please Help as anything I watch on these 2 websites is basically unwatchable.

X8-H is dead?

Hi all, I ask you help for my X8-H. Last week, without any problem with power, I found my X8-H power off. I pushed power button and blu led turned on for 2 seconds and stop. Black screen. I tried take off cable, change HDMI cable but nothing.
So I connect Minix to my PC and I tried to flash FW with USB Burning tool but it stoped at 4% with problem of partition table. I tried connecting to USB 2.0, changed some USB cable but same result. Tried different ROM and different version of USB Burning....

X8-H is dead?

Poor 4K video performance

Hi! New Z83-4 user over here.

I'm satisfied with this PC until the moment but I have a couple of issues to solve to make the experience perfect.

I've experienced poor 4K video performance, I mean low frames per second... Impossible to watch. I am trying MKV videos but I suppose it would be the same with any format. At first I thought it was due to insufficient USB speed, but then I downloaded (www.4ksamples.com) videos to SSD with same performance....

Flash Player not play .-(

Video can not be played in Flash Player. Video deserts through Doplhin Browser.
I downloaded the latest version of Flash Player and even sam Doplhin download the latest version.
Video can not be played.

Successful video function on my phone Firmware 4.4.4 and tablet LGGPAD where Firmware 6.0.1. Video in the cool desert. I fought for several hours with Minix Neo U1. He knew he would please anyone how to make it work ? Thanks

Resolution app.

Hi, I connected the minix to a "sharp 47" TV when I apnea some apps. it seems to me that the resolution is incorrect, if I open google i can only see the search string and little else so also for latre applications that seem to be opened at a resolution lower than that set for the tv "full hd" is any option I have to set? Thank you,

Hi, today I recived Minix U9-H. I decided to buy it because my X8-H wasn't able to stream H265/4K. I supposed because LAN speed wasn't enought and I readed U9-H is better.
I installed new FW via OTA. I niticed U9-H is faster in all way and I tried some movies I had to test this device.

I try some 4k video in HDR downloaded here and streaming via LAN on my TV from my Synology NAS gigabit. Unfortunately every movie isn't streamed...

Hi all.
At the begginigng i want to tell you that im not minx owner but looking for newer box based on s912 (i still have android 4.4 box (tronsmart aw80 draco- big dossapoitment)). While searching reviews and google i found picture of u9h motherboard with regular Ram socket.
So there is possibility to upgrade RAM memory if its not restricted by firmware ofcourse. Did somebody try?[​IMG]
