Please Help we have purchased 5 z83-4 and for touchscreen computers and they all started having warning about not being able to update because of hard drive space so we had to take them all down and reinstall windows i downloaded the ISO from one of the threads and it did not work. I have send several emails and nothing. I reinstalled windows from Microsoft and everything works except the Wifi PLEASE HELP

Win10 RS4 clean installation 250 GB SSD
my nice MINIX NEO N42C is fine running "win10 pro RS3" on 32 gb . I did a backup of the Drivers with the DoubleDriver program and saved this files.
Now I want to do a clean RS4 installation to a clean 250 gb ssd and stop the actuell 32 gb OS.

does anyone else have the issue of the screen just blacking out? i still hear sound. One way I am able to get picture back is by pressing the home button.

Resolution 4k problem
Hello, I’ve a problem with my u9-h. I have a Panasonic 4k Tv, when I start my u9 a few times starts a 4K/60 hz resolution, other times starts with 1080 resolution. I think the problem is caused by refresh rate, in fact, if imposed in resolution 4k with 24-23 hz, the problem does not occur. Can you help me?

U9 doesn't wake from sleep
Hi
I'm finding that the U9 doesn't wake from sleep more often than not. Using either the power button (pointed directly at IR receiver) or even the power button on the box.
Only a power off (pull the plug) and on solves the problem.
I've seen a number of similar posts with no solutions, are the devs aware of this one, if so is a fix being planned?

Movie just stops playing in Kodi?
Hi,
If I start to play a movie in Kodi, after a couple of seconds or minutes it sometimes just stops without me doing anything. It's like I've pressed the Stop button on the remote, despite that I haven't. So Kodi just returns to the list of movies where I started playing the movie from.
What is this typically an indicator of? Has Kodi crashed? Or has it just encountered an unrecoverable error while playing the movie (e.g. codec bug?), so it has no choice but to stop the playback of the movie?

Sky Go issue help please
Hi I have a Minix Neo X8-H Plus having an issue using Sky Go, installed sky go app from play store no problem. But when I login to Sky Go and try to watch a channel I get an error "sky go is not supported on rooted devices".
I have not rooted my device does anyone know how I get Sky Go to work is there a work around or an app I can install to make the Sky Go app work?

IR Remote controls the TV
Hey guys,
I just bought a new Minix NEO U9-H and on boot I noticed the remote controls the TV, e.g - left arrow will change input (AV, HDMI) while the settings button controls the power TV's power (ON/OFF).
This renders functionality with the remote impossible.
I own a "Peerless" TV, not sure about the model.
Edit: I might add the Minix remote seemed to be synchronized with the TV from the get-go.
Even before I turned on the device for the first time.
Any suggestions ?

Finally bought one (U9-H)
Coming from the U1, I'm a little confused. What is the recommended setup for movies?
Is there a custom XBMC or is the regular Kodi fine? I cannot seem to get the HDR10 to work in Kodi. Looks washed out.
Also, I miss the info screen from XBMC, showing codec, framerate, etc. Any such thing possible with regular Kodi?

AHOY!
just plunged this neat little box into my almost new giant samsung flat screen tv and i love it.
it has done everything i have asked it to do, seemingly, without a hitch.
i am looking forward to popping it open to see what extra little goodies i can jam into it

Windows Update
I am in no way a power user of any kind but after what felt like a good 24 hours of fighting through windows updates, I am in tough spot. Every time I boot now I get a screen that says 'Your PC/Device' needs to be repaired.
Not even sure what next steps are short of returning. Any suggestions that don't require an advanced level of knowledge would be appreciated. (Just purchased, fresh out of the box last week)

Problema de mouse y u9-x
Good companions, to see if you can solve a problem, I just bought a Minix U9-h and I have an x8 plus, the fact is that with the U9 I can not select anything with the mouse on any Web page but if in any another site, for example I can not select and copy text, or mark something in a drop-down, when with the same mouse if I can do it in the x8 +. I hope you have a solution because I have tried 1000 types of configurations in all browsers and systems. Thank you

) acquired a Minix U9-H to replace my Raspberry Pi3, as that thing really can't handle a bunch of the content I want to throw at it.
Some things I was wondering about though:
- The play store doesn't seem to pick up on the apps that come preinstalled. Normal? I had to manually search for some apps to update them to the latest versions.
- Is there a way to get *rid* of those folders in the default launcher?
- Any other things a newbie to this device should have a...

Hola. Recientemente he adquirido una Minix U9-H con Kodi 17 preinstalado. Yo tengo alojadas las películas en mi PC, y las veo en Kodi a través de red Upnp. El caso es que muchas veces, a la mitad de la película (a los 60 o 90 minutos), el reproductor de Kodi se detiene sin motivo aparente. Luego continuo viendo la película sin problemas, pero no debería detenerse. Por favor, una solución. Muchas gracias.

Then can I use this through optical audio cable out with the same quality ??
Or simply the minix convert 24bits/192khz to 16bit/48khz ? ... How can I test it

Hi,
My Machine Macbook Pro 13-inch 2017 with Touch Bar
I have Rj-45, HDMI and Apples own USB-C 61W charger plugged in to my Neo C.
First time I plug my Neo C to my Macbook, everything works. Then if I remove usb-c cable from my MacBook and reconnect it, nothing works. But if I disconnect Apples USB-C charger from Neo C and re connect it, everything works again.
Should it work like that? Every time I connect my MacBook to Neo-C, i have to reconnect charger cable?

Hey,
Official Win 10 v1803 is available today.
I juste upgraded my N42C-4 to this version without any issue![(y)]( "Thumbs Up (y)")
- I came from v1709
- Only Kodi v17.6 and MPC-HC were installed to save space
- I found a Windows.old (11.5 GB) which can be deleted (or automaticaly after 30 days).
Official Win 10 v1803 is available today.
I juste upgraded my N42C-4 to this version without any issue
