Hi,

I can't find anything about this as yet, so I thought I'd better ask. It seems to happen when clicking down a list mainly in my movie list in kodi. I single click the button and after a few clicks it takes off (every now and then).

Its not a big issue but is certainly annoying.

Any ideas??

Users with FW012 may directly update to FW013 by OTA update via MINIX OTA app. (Size: 351.85MB)

Hi, I'd like to intall my Minix Neo X6 behind my TV, so it is completly hidden. I use the IR remote, therefore I nedd some way to have it receive the signal. Is there a way to connect an IR receiver, maybe in the headphone port? If so, does it need any app installed in order to work? Thanks

Somehow the Indigo addon messed up with my kodi and skin settings.
Am planning to reinstall Kodi on my Neo X8-H plus.
Any recommendations in terms of the best version to install and please do provide me a link for the same.

Neo A3 Air Mouse problem

I'm from Lisbon, Portugal
I got the Neo U9-H with A3 air mouse a few weeks ago. The first impressions are great, but now i got the first problem. I'm new in the forum, have sign up and come here to find any help.
I don't know what i did in the settings, but last days when i'm in Kodi and try to Add Source some URL for a new addon, when writing the //, click the Fn and C key at the same time but instead of getting /, it appears Ç. Where do I find the /? Is it a question of keyboard layout?...

Minix U1 (for use as in car navigation) - quite disappointed

Based on the Reviews and this forum i purchased a neo u1 today. Picked it up from the suppliers and started download ing apps.
My primary use is in car navigation using external usb gps receiver.

However all apps i downloaded to connect to the gps crash or fail.

This is not what I expected from a minix device. So repackaged the stuff and send back to supplier.
No more minix. Bye.

minix team dont support but I give path to openelec for minix amalogic.
only need your wifi chip and kernel config for minix. may be modifiy for s812 and s802 for minix.
all based same. s806 android device use s812 chip
first find to your android kernel config. that identifiy used all chip for minix x8-h-plus
su
cat /proc/config.gz > /sdcard/config.gz
chmod 777 /sdcard/config.gz
unpack config.gz
later merge your config to armlinux config. add your driver for kernel source. wifi binary fw...

Basic questions:
I've been hacking the device and seen it seemingly ok, but for me personal use to certain things I just did not find.
I need it to be able to play movie files through the Network, with a Synologic server, which plays in AV with passthrough (DTS, DD 5.1, DTS-HD, etc), files like:
ISO
AC3
Mkv 4K dts
Mkv 4k dts-hd
Mkv 4k dd
Mkv 4k dd-hd
Mkv 4kUltraHD -hevc-265> 60GB
etc...
Problems:
1) Players that are by default,
* FileBrowser does not browse the NAS...

Good day all. I recently purchased my first media player the Minix U1. At first I wasn't very impressed but I got it working fine now except I can't get our local Satellite provider's Apps through which you can view their live Tv and Sport to work on the U1. The Apps work fine on my Galaxy S6 which also runs Android Lollipop 5.1. It also doesn't allow the Miracast to send the images to my U1 but all other Apps does allow. I am legally signed-in on the Satellite account. The service provider is...

Unable to install Kodi

Hey!

I tried to install Kodi on my Minix, tried both online and via playstore: Your device does not support this program...ehh.
Did not find it either on Playstore.

Has the following:

4.4.2
Build: KOT49H20160328

Anyone know what to do?
Had issue before also on installing addons

I am new to Minix ;)

It is possible to install windows creator update

I use a NEO Z83-4 with latest bios 1.6.
When I started the windows 10 assistant to update to the windows creator update,
after a while I received an error code:
0xc1900200


I've been googling it and found a resolution to it.
The first reserved system partition is actually too small and prevents the win update.

The idea is to enlarge it to around 500 MB instead of 100 MB.

There is a free version of a partition tool to make the space:
