Z83-4 Windows 10 drivers

Hi All!

after clean re-install Windows 10 cannot find some drivers - audio and network among them (see screenshot). I could not find any link in Minix page to download drivers from. Does somebody know where to find them? Thank you in advance!

Not able to pair bluetooth game controller

Hi guys,

So I recently bought the NES30 Pro bluetooth controller for my Nintendo Classic Mini but also bought this controller because it should be compatible with Android (in my case, the Minix box).

It works flawlessly for the NES, but I can't get it to pair with my Minix box, as it never shows up on the list of devices in the bluetooth settings page. I'm 100% certain I have it in pairing mode (there are lights flashing all around the...

Newbie Questions

Have just jumped into the Android world and must say it's been quite a learning curve. Anyway my questions are
  1. How can I make my neo x8-h plus visible on my win 10 network. Previously I was running a WDTV live and was able to drill down to attached usb drives via my PC and add or copy files.
  2. How do you scroll with the air mouse.
I have plenty more but that will do for now. Thanks for any help in advance

Sound Settings/Bluetooth Causing Sound Issues

Hi Guys. I was recently trying to set up Bluetooth headphones and I was playing around with settings trying to get them to work but it would seem I've done something wrong as I'm getting no sound for any 1080 streams both in Kodi and Apks. Would appreciate if someone could tell me what my audio settings should be and playback settings or any other setting I may have hit. Thank you.

u9-h picture quality

This is my first time using a forum so if i did something wrong let me know.


1. I have a Minix Neo x8-h plus and looking to upgrade and i was wondering what the picture quality for a 1080p HD TV is for the u9-h compared to the x8-h plus.

2. do i need a hdr compatible TV to get the benefits of the u9-h hdr eg. darker blacks and brighter whites

Hi Guys
I did the x8-h plus firmware 11 update, all went well and it showed a successful result in the usb burning tool. I then plugged the box back into the tv and it showed a fresh install with all data wiped as expected. I then went to check the android version expecting to see 5.1.1 but it showed up as the old 4.4.2 can anybody help here?

XBMC For MINI X has stopped

Hello ,
My U9-H has recently been upgraded to FW005.
SPMC 16.7 , and KODI 17.3 work great with various build (Mammoth and Supremacy Black) , but XBMC keeps booting out saying "unfortunately,XBMC for MINI X has stopped"
FW004 had no issues with XBMC(for minix V16.3)
I installed xbmc from minix forum download because U9-H does not come with xbmc.
I like the ability to run different builds at the same time , and was wondering if any other members have the same issue with XBMC on the U9-H...

Minix Neo U9 or U1?

Hi, I'm planning to buy a minix device.
Minix neo U1 with A2 remote or
Minix neo U9 with A3 remote.
My main purpose is to watch movies with 5.1 sound in my Home Theater.
Cost of U9 is slightly higher than U1.
So, I request somebody please tell me what are the advantage of U9 over U1.

Insight and guidance helo on rss player on minix neo U1

Hello everybody.
am a newbie. just got the Minix NEO U1 box. Having a peculiar problem that i need some insight from you all.
When Minix connect via Wi-Fi or cable on local fiber broadband connectivity, the RSS player keep displaying " rss cannot load. please check internet or rss link".
But when i connect Minix via Wi-Fi via my mobile phone on same service provider, the rss work fine. Thus not sure where to troubleshoot to begin with.

It is possible to install windows creator update

I use a NEO Z83-4 with latest bios 1.6.
When I started the windows 10 assistant to update to the windows creator update,
after a while I received an error code:
0xc1900200


I've been googling it and found a resolution to it.
The first reserved system partition is actually too small and prevents the win update.

The idea is to enlarge it to around 500 MB instead of 100 MB.

There is a free version of a partition tool to make the space:

I am getting smaller display at the top left corner after recent software update.
I have replaced with two new good quality HDMI cables with no joy,I have minix X8 H plus which has been tested with the same HDMI cable and it was ok but my new minix U9H display on LG TV showing a smaller display at the left top corner after recent software update which automatically downloaded. I did not have any SD card or hard drive attached during update.
The only fix is to reboot the box and leave my TV on...

I have bad luck or this device is a big sh...?
TThe first of all the gyro of air mouse A3 Does not work in games where he should work. I try everything...but wont work.
In second my neo u9-h...constantly reboot... after install a few apps or games from google play. It
It happened with some launchers like TSF and outhers and happen to with remoter pro and a few games. What is happening? I have already installed the latest firmware...

HBO Spain not working

The page in app displays ok but whenever I want to play any video turns up a message saying "An error ocurred, the service might be temporary unavailable".

In my old Minix X8-H worked fine. Its not app fault because is working in other device.
Any idea?
