Netflix bug ?

Hello everyone , i bought a u9-h this christmas and it came with the netflix app installed , it works very well butt as soon as i try to download the tv episodes it stores but only plays the sound the image is a big green screen .
My old mini x7 neo had the app but it did not have the download option , i bought this one so i could donwload the episodes and that's what apens , talk about bad luck .

I've bought NEO U9-H a few days ago, and it freezing and very laggy and some games after some time freeze and all Device Stooped working and not any Key Working
How that and it Have 2GB RAM ??
I am annoying for that

A navigating Browser

Hi All

I see the Air Wheel mouse of Minix not working with all kind of apps.
I mean to say you cannot use it with Chrome like using it with Kodi for example.
If you need to scroll up or down you have to use the arrows which is annoying in case of browsers so is there a way to let an app scroll/navigate/drag in the same way of Kodi for example?

Another good working example is "Adblock Browser for Android" that is working as desired but i am looking to have that for Chrome please

The micro SD card slot can't read my SD card .I used 2 different cards but still not working.any help would be appreciated.

solved: Micro SD Card (TF card) Won't "click"

Hi,
When I insert a micro SD card into the TF card slot with the contacts in the upright orientation the card will not positively lock, there is no "click". If I hold the card in place Windows 10 will detect it, however the moment I remove my finger from the card it ejects due to the spring loaded nature of the mechanism. Oddly, with the card inserted label-side up one can insert it and have it "click" or lock into place.

Has anyone else experienced this issue ?

DTS-X, can't play it

Hi everyone,

I can't seem to play DTS-X on my U9. I can play ATMOS with no problems.
When i play DTS-X, it shows up as DTS-HD playing (not X).

My receiver supports it (Yamaha 1050). Anyone have any recommendation? Everything is checked off in Kodi.

True HD, DTS-HD, ATMOS work flawlessly on this amazing box.

Not MINIX related question but i appreciate your support answering it.
Is there a way to have all downloaded files opening with ES file Explorer ? or any other download manager?

I used to have Chrome asking me to choose the app i need "always" or "Just Once" and i was selecting my download manager but now it is not asking and it is opening with the default builtin chrome Download folder where i fail to run app from there, i also use another browser so is there a way to set this up to...

I wonder if anyone here has an answer that can help me, as I'm about to give up on this Intel Minix.

I use this as an entertainment center/player only and it had been working GREAT since I got it last May. I don't care about much else than ability to play 4k movies over HDMI and having an ethernet interface.

The problem is that though I had the Windows Update service DISABLED - AND Cortana disabled - somehow the update service got turned on and since it would not properly play most movies.

Many users asked me to create a thread where to share custom updates for ours minix devices. I'll post here my packages.

You don't need cwm or custom recovery. You can install them from MINIX stock rom/recovery. All the updates should work on many rk devices (rk29sdk,rk30sdk,rk31sdk).

To install my updates simply download the needed file into the root of internal or external SD and rename it...

Product and Vendor IDs for the A3 Remote

I'm looking for the product and vendor IDs for the Minix A3 remote. I plugged the dongle into my pc, and window's device manager detects the VID as 0C40 and the PID as 7A1C. When I go into my Minix U9-H and explore the keylayouts, Vendor_0C40_Product_7A1C.kl is labelled as an Apple keyboard when the keylayout file is opened in text format.

Could someone provide me with the proper kl file for this remote, as I can't seem to find any .kl file on my U9-H that is labelled as "Minix A3", when...

A2 lite with android TV box

Hi,

I have a U9 with a2 lite remote which works great. I have bought a new android tv box to use in the bedroom and want to use an a2 lite remote as its fab. But before buying another I have tried my existing a2 lite mouse with dongle on new android box. Lots of functions work except for the power on/off.

Is there any way to get this to power on/off to work or should I buy an alternative air mouse by a nother manufacturer?

U9-H Netflix stuttering

Hi,

I know that netflix isn't fully supported on minix players but i'm experiencing some problems when using the HD version (5.3.1),firmware on my minix is 007A. Every 2 or 3 minutes there's a kind of video stuttering for a couple of seconds, it looks like slow motion. Sound is OK. My U9-H is wired directly to the router. Any suggestions to solve this ? Thanks.

My Neo Z64A (20150930) can't access CH Play(v. 8.5.39) now? I removed update &back to default ver. 5.1.11. But some app. could't play on this? It has failed again after update new ver. of CH play & Google play service.
